Here is another story from Witnesses of the Faith, a series of short videos about the lives of Catholic saints, martyrs, and witnesses to Christ.
Padre Pio was working miracles, bringing souls back to Jesus Christ and feeding his flock with the body and blood of his Lord. Then he was summoned to a meeting with his superiors. Shockingly, the suspended his ministry and kept him away from the public. Padre Pio's reaction in that moment surprised everyone.
Powerful stories of virtue and holiness in the lives of Catholic saints and Biblical figures.
